FAKE IT first-party Google integration.

What the application does

The application uses Google OAuth only after an authorized FAKE IT user grants access. It currently connects Google Ads and YouTube services used by FAKE IT.

• Google Ads: read account identifiers, campaign and reporting metrics, search terms, geographic targeting information and keyword-planning data for analysis and campaign planning. The current connector does not create or modify Google Ads campaigns, budgets, bids, billing settings or spend.
• YouTube: read and manage FAKE IT's authorized channel, video and playlist data when an authorized owner explicitly requests that action.

Google user data we access

Depending on the permissions granted by the authorized Google account, CONNECT FAKEIT may access Google account and channel identifiers, Google Ads account/reporting/search-term/geo/keyword data, YouTube channel/video/playlist metadata, and OAuth credentials required to maintain the authorized connection.

How the data is used and protected

Google API data is used only to perform the internal FAKE IT workflow requested by an authorized user. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted in FAKE IT-controlled infrastructure; short-lived access tokens are used to make authorized API requests. API results may be written to internal FAKE IT planning or audit records when that is necessary for the requested workflow.

FAKE IT does not sell Google user data or transfer it for advertising personalization. Access is limited to authorized FAKE IT users and can be revoked through the connected Google account.

CONNECT FAKEIT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
